Our desire is for your journey to be safe and comfortable when flying with us at populAir. Sometimes, we may need to ensure that you are fit for air travel, and we may request a medical certificate if you:
To prevent the spread of contagious diseases such as chickenpox, measles, rubella, or similar illnesses that may affect the lives and health of others, you may be denied boarding with us at populAir. If symptoms of illness are visible when it is time to travel, you should be able to present a medical certificate.
If you suffer from allergies, traveling can be challenging. We recommend that you carry allergy medication with you in your carry-on baggage. It is also advisable to inform our cabin crew about your condition; we can then make an announcement and inform passengers that certain products, such as nuts, should not be consumed onboard.
However, we can never guarantee that there are no traces of nuts or similar allergens onboard.
