We offer a range of tickets to meet the needs of our travelers on our flight routes. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our various ticket types, you are always welcome to contact our Call Center.
Infants aged 0-2 travel with you at no cost on all ticket types except for Pensioner and Student/Youth.
This ticket provides you with full flexibility up to two (2) hours before departure and can be rebooked or canceled. A fee of 75 SEK is charged for cancellations. Name changes for round-trip travel must be made before departure.
This ticket includes one (1) checked baggage, 20 kg, and one (1) carry-on baggage with a maximum size of 45x20x35 cm and max weigh 8 kg.
Accompanying spouse/partner receives a 50% discount on the net price, accompanying children (2-11 years) travel for a fee of 742 SEK one-way on Swedish domestic flights, except for the Örnsköldsvik – Arlanda route, where the price for accompanying children is 50% of the net price. The entire journey must be made together to qualify for the discount.

This ticket is changeable up to two (2) hours before departure for a rebooking fee of 300 SEK per ticket. The ticket can be upgraded to a CDIREKT. Name changes are not allowed.
Upon cancellation, taxes and fees are refunded.

No discount for accompanying adults or children.
This ticket is valid for those aged 65 and over.
If you are an early retiree with a sickness or disability pension, you also have the opportunity to travel on this ticket but need to contact our Call Center for booking.
The Senior ticket cannot be booked together with any other traveler and is not possible to combine with another price class in the same booking.
The ticket is fully rebookable and refundable up to two (2) hours before departure.

This ticket type includes one (1) piece of checked baggage, maximum 20 kilos and one piece of hand baggage with maximum dimensions 45cm X 20cm X 35 cm and maximum weight 8 kilos.
This ticket is valid for those aged 12-25 years. Valid identification must be carried on the trip.
If you are a student over the age of 25, you can use this ticket on presentation of CSN - and or Mecenat card and you need to contact our Call Center for booking.
Student/Youth ticket cannot be booked together with any other traveler and is not possible to combine with another price class in the same booking.
No discount for accompanying adults or children and you cannot travel with infants on this ticket.
